About

Customer Satisfaction is one of my important goals and building relationships is a new success in my business. I am always up to date and uses technology in finalizing projects.

I graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (2008 the year ), Cairo University, communication, and electronics department.
I worked as a Telecom Instructor for a time (from July - 2008 to Dec - 2008) at Cairo University.
I joined Etisalat Misr for 10 years (from Dec-2008 to Aug-2018). My role was:
1. Radio Frequency Planning Engineer (Dec 2008 – Dec 2009) Handling drive test and site surveys besides exploring bad coverage areas and nominate a site.
2.Technical Customer Experience Senior Engineer (Dec 2009 – Mar 2016). I was monitoring customer experience from different sources (statistics, NTRA reports, drive tests, and customer surveys).
3. Technical Customer Experience Manager (Mar 2016 – Aug 2018) [Data Analyst] managing a team responsible for Monitoring Customer Experience for 2G & 3G & 4G PS and CS Services via DT, statistical, and customer tools in addition to NTRA management Track.

Currently, I am working as a Technical Customer Experience Senior Manager (from Aug 2018 till now) in Telecom Egypt responsible for collecting data from different sources and make some data analysis then get to a recommendation to improve CE. My Skills:
1) I have the ability to automate via VBA, SQL, HTML, and Python.
2) Excellent in using passive probes like Anritsu and smart care.
3) Very good in using GEO tools like Arieso and MapInfo.
4) Good in Web Development using HTML and CSS
5) Vendor experience: Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, Nokia.
6) Excellent in using statistical tools like Business Object, U2000, U2020, and Netnuman
7) Excellent in Problem troubleshooting.
8) Excellent in using DT tools like TEMS Automatic, discovery, investigation, and pocket.

Work Hours: I can avail 10 hours per week. Friday is off.
