Mechanical Engineer (MS) with over (16) years of experience in a product Design/ Development, Structural/ Vibration FEA Analysis (Linear & Non-Linear), Thermal Analysis, Integration, testing & manufacturing Processes. Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, Analytical hand calculation methods, design details & testing.
Familiar with MIL-STD, ASME & ANSI Standards.
Familiar with NPI, ABQP and PPAP processes.
Very strong background in Thermodynamics, Solid Mechanics, Vibrations, Materials and Fluid Mechanics. Expert in 3D Solid Modeling, FEA software codes, GD&T and drafting practices in accordance with ASME Y14.41 Standards.
Experienced working with the following industries Aerospace & Defense, Automotive manufacturing, Heavy Earthmover industry and Electronic Packaging.
