Work Terms

Payment Terms:
Payment Schedule: Invoices will be issued on monthly basis.
Payment Due Date: Payment is due within 2 days from the date of invoice.

Hourly Terms
Project Hours: The project will require approximately 40 hours to complete.
Overtime: Additional hours beyond the agreed-upon project scope will be billed at $5 rate per hour.
Project Timeline: The project is expected to be completed by 5days, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide necessary resources and information to facilitate timely project completion.
Changes to Scope: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Additional Terms
Expenses: Any agreed-upon expenses incurred during the project will be reimbursed by the client.
