Hi, I'm Maleeha, a consultant with a passion for evidence-based analysis, good research, and public policy. With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, a Master's degree in Conflict and Peace Studies, and an MPhil in Public Policy, I have a deep understanding of the complexities of policy-making and conflict resolution.

Over the past three years, I have provided consultancy services to both public and private sector organizations, as well as academic think tanks. My work has involved conducting research, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to help my clients make informed decisions.

My areas of expertise include evidence-based analysis, conflict analysis, policy design, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. I am dedicated to using good research methods and rigorous analysis to inform policy-making and promote peace and sustainable development in communities around the world.

With strong qualitative skills through my degrees, I have carried out many qualitative studies post-graduation in 2018. The most notable work is my qualitative case study on the working women hostels in Punjab under the Punjab Women Development Department. I developed the framework for analyzing the existing policies and reforms related to the social development sector. In my project on "Mobility, Dwelling, Power: The Promise of Working Women Hostels in Punjab," I conducted numerous field visits to the Working Women Hostels for the qualitative study and offered a development framework model to the Punjab Women Development Department.
