Helping hands always ease everything and more hands more work can be done.

10 years of experience in customer service since 2011. Started working as Retail Executive for Kinokuniya Bookstore Malaysia in 2011 and I'm currently employed at Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad as Information Assistant for Aviation Marketing & Development Division since 2014.
My main task for both jobs is responsible for customer service and administrative works such as attending guests/customer inquiries online & offline, filing, extracting data from airlines websites on weekly basis, updating database & intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
With my experience in customer service and administrative works, I’m able to deliver works with minimal supervision & on time.

Work Terms

Payment through Pay pal starting from USD 25/ hour.
