• Software Professional offering 8+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on application / Operational support.
• Experience in providing web application / operational support for application based on SharePoint, ASP.NET, K2.net 2003, SQL server, Hybris Support 5.3, Order Dynamics support, SFCC(Demandware) support.
• ITIL Foundation certified. Good knowledge of Service Management processes like Incident, Change, and Problem management.
