I’m Maneesha Sharma, an academic and research professional with a rich background in management and bioinformatics. I’m currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Jiwaji University. My journey began with an MBA in Human Resources and a B.Sc. in Bioinformatics, and it has led me to a fulfilling career as a Research Analyst. I’ve had the opportunity to develop academic content and conduct research for clients in Australia, the USA, and the UK, which has been incredibly rewarding.
Before diving into research, I taught various management courses at Sunder Deep Group of Institutions and Avvaire Educational Hub. I was known for my engaging teaching style and deep knowledge in organizational behavior and HRM. My corporate experience with MetLife and HCL in HR operations and e-learning has further enriched my perspective. Being a member of the National HRD Network and holding editorial roles with academic journals reflect my dedication to the field. I’m passionate about advancing education and research, and I strive to make a meaningful impact in both academic and professional communities.
