Assesses the agile maturity of the teams and organization and coaches the
team(s) and organization to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is
sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization that moves
toward an agile operating model.
• Facilitate learning and development through individual team coaching,
trainings, and workshops on Agile principles and values within the
department.
• Embedding Agile and engineering metrics to empower the teams with data
• coaching senior leaders and stakeholders to understand what it means to be
Agile, and helping change the bank and its departments to allow them to
become Agile
• defining and driving transformation change initiatives to help increase the
pace of value delivery partnering with key stakeholders
• Collaborate on transformation / change management topics in helping
develop coaching and upskilling plans for new ways of working leveraging
Agile principles.
coach Product Owners in the skills of backlog management, prioritization, and
importance of balance between business features and technical debt to
ensure team are correctly focused.
• Responsible for leading and facilitating of APAC level CoP (Agile Experts and
Tech PMs Community)
• Responsible for imparting various Agile trainings at organization level (Local
and Global trainings)
• Working with other Scrum masters and coaches to collaborate on discussing
team/program level challenges and see how to drive continuous
improvements mindset.
• Facilitate estimation and planning, daily progress, customer reviews, demos, and
retrospective sessions with teams.
Work Terms
Preferable time : 10 AM - 6 PM India time zone
Preferred days: Saturday and Sunday
