I am available 5 hours in day,currently i am working in a software and web devlopement company.If a get a lots of work load i will prefer to work at home as a free lancer.
Payment term will be depend on projects:
If project is for maintenance:

Hourly basis US $ 8/Hour
If project is for long term
then Work Terms
For Projects with a monetary value below US$1,000:
* 50% deposit on sign off
* 50% on project completion
For Projects with a monetary value above US$1,000:
* 25% deposit on sign off
* 25% on approval of project design and flows
* 40% on approval of working functionality
* 10% on project completion
I will provide free technical support for a 30 day period.
