•Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture.
•Strong database skills, ABAP Programming and development knowledge
•Experience in leading and managing teams. Handled multiple roles - Team Lead, Software Analyst, Developer, System Admin, ERP Systems Analyst etc
•Executed software projects for Consumer products, Packaging & Process Industry, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical & Petroleum Industry.
•Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, quick learner, team player.
•Expert knowledge of SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Reports ALV/Classic, Module Pool, BDC, Enhancement User Exit, BADI’s, Implicit Enhancement, Function Module, RFC etc.
•Good knowledge of SPDD/SPAU transaction for Upgrade projects.
•Good knowledge of SD, MM, FI, QM, PP and able to work for any module.
•Independently drive for results and consistently meet deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines. Work with a diverse team of Functional Analysts, Test and Support resources and consultants across multiple disciplines.
•Proven track record of delivering many projects successfully in the past.
•Excellent offshore team management and client/customer facing skills like Germen/SA/US/BR client. Having very good exposure of Onsite for 2 months in Sao Paulo – Brazil.
