As a manager, I’ve overseen diverse teams across various industries, from finance to creative services. My role often involved streamlining processes, driving operational efficiency, and nurturing talent. One of my proudest achievements was leading a struggling team to success by implementing a comprehensive training program that boosted morale and productivity.
