I'm a Computer Engineer with a masters degree in Advanced Computer Architectures and a PhD in Computer Science (Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania).

I have been a freelancer for over 12 years, working for individuals, companies and startups all over the world.

I have experience with most programming/scripting languages : Javascript, PHP, Python, Ruby, C, C#, Java, C++, SQL, Haskel, Clips. In recent years I've mostly been programming in Javascript (Angular/Node/React), PHP, Python and Ruby, building custom web applications (frontend and backend) and mobile apps (native and hybrid - React Native/Ionic).

Frameworks I've worked with: Node.js, Angular 1 - 8, React, Symfony 1 - 3, Zend, CodeIgniter, Ruby on Rails, Django, Drupal, Wordpress, jQuery, Bootstrap, RequireJS, Ionic, Phonegap, Android, IOS, but I can get familiar very fast with any other framework or technology stack.

I have devops experience(performance, scalability, availability) in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Kamatera.

For CI/CD I am familiar with CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Travis CI and Jenkins.

I also worked with the following virtualisation/containerization tools: Docker, Vagrant, Virtualbox and Vmware.

In terms of project management I've used the following platforms: Jira, Trello, Asana and Confluence.

Work Terms

* I only work for one client/company at a time.

* I try to deliver the best quality possible, but this is often a trade-off between time, budget, and the specific project situation. (For example, not all clients would want the time/money investment in creating a full unit test suite).

* I'll be honest. For example, I will give suggestions on how to save time/money even if that means less billed hours for me.

* I only work on hourly/full time jobs.

* I don't work for equity
