For more than 5 years I worked at Multiplex International LLC as Senior Data Entry Operator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. My responsibilities are Receiving local purchase order from customers and enter in the system with time limit. Prepare accurate inventory for proper warehouse stock. Coordinate with Salesmen and various departments for proper deliveries and invoice. Answers queries regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts and deliveries. Resolve customer complaints via email, determine product service problems by clarifying to the customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem then selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.
