Work Terms
Hours of Operation
Availability: I am available for work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Central European Time - CEST).
2. Payment Terms
Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued bi-weekly or upon project milestones, depending on the project’s scope and duration.
Payment Due: Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance.
Late Payments: A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue invoices. Work on ongoing projects may be paused until payment is received.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer
Currency: All payments are to be made in Euros (€) unless otherwise agreed.
3. Preferred Communication Style
Video/Phone Calls: For more complex discussions or regular check-ins, I am available for scheduled video or phone calls through platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
Weekly Updates: I provide weekly updates on project progress, either through a written report or a brief call, depending on client preference.
4. Project Management Tools
Tools Used: I regularly use project management tools like Jira to track progress, share documents, and collaborate with clients. Access to these tools can be provided upon request.
Document Sharing: All documents and files will be shared via Google Drive, Dropbox, or any preferred secure cloud storage service.
5. Revisions and Feedback
Confidentiality: All client information and project details will be treated with strict confidentiality. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.
Data Protection: I comply with GDPR regulations and ensure that all data shared is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of the project.
7. Termination of Services
Notice Period: Either party may terminate the project with a written notice of 14 days. Upon termination, all work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable.
