Voice-over, engaging narration and custom made stingers. What's a stinger? Read on...

I can be incredibly serious or totally goofy, but my drive as a voice actor, music producer and music teacher is to engage listeners with well worded and expertly spoken or played audio.

I would always hear from sound tech's during my microphone soundchecks that I should be in radio or in voice acting; when I decided I would give it a go, the first few gigs kinda fell into my lap, simple ads for auto parts distributors, I showed these off on social media and started getting more gigs!

In September 2023 I took on my first audio book narration gig and it was such an incredible journey. Being so engaged with the story, the musician in me wanted to hear music somewhere in the context of the story so I composed little "stingers" (short pieces of music added to the beginnings or ends of chapters to set or reflect the mood of the narration). These were a big surprise to the author and a very welcome addition to the project. Music makes everything better, right?
As of December 2023, the audio book is in the top 20 in Canada on the Kindle platform.

All of my work is done in my home studio, nothing out-sourced or done with AI at all, ever. All of my creations are 100% original and I take pride in delivering real, honestly created and engaging results. I have been teaching music professionally for 30 years, and I take a lot of pride in being able to speak to, engage with and deliver targeted information to the wide spectrum of listener's needs and styles of listening and learning.

Work Terms

Rates are variable depending on project size and requirements.
Shorter projects can be by-the-word at a minimum rate and longer projects by the finished-hour(s) of product.
I can deliver fully edited and mastered audio or basic "stems" for your audio folks to edit.
Edits, remasters, script changes after delivery are billed as extra hours of work to the project.
Terms are 50% deposit upon agreement and acceptance of each other's terms, and the balance upon delivery of final product.
e-transfer is the easiest these days.
