I have 4 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Australian customers. I also have a 1-year experience in a Spanish-Bilingual CSR role.
I can do phone, email & chat support and any customer service related roles. I have an experienced working in a B2B environment and in some various line of businesses including but not limited to shipment tracking, basic logistics & returns authorization process. I also have an experienced using CRM tools like Salesforce, SAP and Zendesk (I can support basic troubleshooting).
I'm very passionate working in a customer service environment. I'm a people-oriented person and I love helping others. I like challenging work and that makes me more interested and passionate about doing things. I'm always eager to learn new things and I'm a fast learner.
