We are a company of engineers dedicated to support out clients from specialized consulting point of view in business and strategic focus from IT. We are driven by innovation into our customers, generating factors of differentiation in they companies, derived from simple and robust technological and IT solutions.

Trapem was born as an idea several years ago, executing and implementing informatical projects in differents areas, mainly in the software development and IT assistance to social, commercial and public organizations.

In mid-2016 we start with Trapem's reformulation, going from the simple informatical assitance to specialized bussines consultants based on IT. This re-formulation bring as result a new company, with new motivations, objetives and goals, focused on the success of our customers and on efficiented implementation of information technologies.

Out CEO is Marcelo Zepeda, Computer Engineer and Master in Computer Engineering at Andrés Bello University, with more than 24 experienced years in consulting and software development,

Work Terms

Trapem is family centered. This is the principle that we use to regulate our working time.
40 hours a week, using agile approaches for projects and development.
In our adopted methodology we need to work with the stakeholders, with de clients, thinking in persist contact with them in every momento,. basicly to resolv their questiong first, and then, project and product question from our teams.
If our cutomers are out of Chile, we take frequently contact using video conferences, using the same olds software from forever.
