I have worked in IT in various capacities within the student loan servicing industry for the past 21 years. Experience includes development and team lead experience. I moved into a Product Owner role when our company transitioned to agile methodology. I have extensive Project Management experience as well. I believe leadership is a servant role, and strive to provide results focused on a positive, motivating environment and team interactions. I have successfully led teams through difficult transitions - striving to ensure concerns are addressed, a positive outlook is maintained, and team change occurs in a healthy manner.
