Work Terms
Communication:
Available for communication via Guru.com messaging and scheduled video calls.
Regular updates and progress reports will be provided to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
Project Scope and Agreement:
A detailed project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon before the commencement of any work.
Any changes or additions to the project scope will require mutual agreement and may affect the timeline and cost.
Payment Terms:
Payments will be processed through Guru.com’s SafePay system.
An initial deposit of 30% is required to start the project.
Subsequent payments will be based on agreed milestones or phases of the project.
Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval of deliverables.
Revisions:
A specific number of revisions (e.g., 2-3) are included per project phase.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
Confidentiality:
All client information and project details will be treated with strict confidentiality.
I am open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.
Project Delivery:
Deliverables will be provided in the agreed format (e.g., 3D renderings, floor plans, material specifications).
Final files will be delivered upon receipt of final payment.
Client Responsibilities:
Provide clear and timely feedback to ensure the project stays on schedule.
Supply necessary materials, information, and access as required for the project.
Cancellation Policy:
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
In the event of cancellation, payment will be required for work completed up to the date of termination.
Support and Follow-up:
Post-project support is available for a specified period (e.g., 30 days) to address any minor adjustments or questions.
Additional support or changes after this period will be subject to a new agreement.
