Marco graduated with a BA in Applied Arts in the Advertising department from Helwan University in 2000.

He got courses on High-performance leadership from (Mac International), also Fireproofing the idea, Selling the idea, and Art directing the idea from (D&AD).

He started his career with Copyright EURO RSCG as a Graphic Designer then joined Synergy for one year as a Senior Graphic Designer. He joined IMPACT/BBDO Cairo as an art director for six years then joined Drive Dentsu Cairo in 2010 as a senior art director. In 2015 Marco moved to Brand Bazaar as a creative director then joined Creative Lab in 2018 as a creative director and in 2019 Moved to an online American university called Nexford as Digital Design lead and finally started to work as a freelance Creative Director in 2020.

He has worked on different brand categories such as non-alcoholic drinks (Coca-Cola CSR, Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Mountain dew, Aquafina and Beyti Milk), alcoholic drinks (Stella Beer, ID Edge, ID Vodka, Château des Rêves, Gianaclis, Auld Stag and Drinkies) automotive (Ford, Daihatsu, Mercedes-Benz, Daewoo Motors, Fiat and Alfa Romeo), food (Burger King Gluf, Texas Chicken Gulf, La Poire, Beano's, Gourment, Wadi food, Tamarai resturant and bar, Americana, Greenland, Domty, El Rashidi El Mizan, Add me and La Vache Qui Rit), confectionery & snack (Doritos, Lay's Delights, Snickers and Cadbury), real estate (Al Ahly Sabbour, White Bay, Blue Blue, Eterna Healthcare city, Orascom development, and El Gouna), retail service (City Stars, Galleria40), detergents (Fa, Persil and Pril), pharmaceutical (Bayer, Merck Serono), financial services (ADIB bank, UNB bank, AAIB, Crédit Agricole, Egyptian Gulf Bank, AUB Bank, EBE Bank) and communication & internet (MobiNil Business, Link Dot Net, Star Net).
