He is a certified precision mechanic and foreman in the field of metalworking. He also holds a diploma in Telecom Engineering (specialised in Telecom Transceiver Stations) and is a graduate of KLZ in Economics and Commercial studies in Trade and Business.

- Awarded “Top Salesman European Region” in 1997 for achieving outstanding revenue growth results.
- Part of the team of Telecom Technicians who built one of the first pre-commercial UMTS (branded 3G) BTS networks (Basic Transceiver Stations) for ISP in Europe.
- Advisory Team member of a well-known F1 (Formula 1) team that began evaluating supercomputer-cluster environment for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations that implemented a supercomputer cluster to improve productivity and reduce the costs associated with building F1 cars for wind tunnel testing.
- Project Manager to equip IP passenger information systems in a tram, making it the first IP tram (ITxPT) ever in a European country. The ITxPT open architecture brings costs advantages; it improves services to travellers and supports innovation.
- Designed product USP's (unique selling proposition) for (i) a service offering and closed the first contract, thus potentially generating multi-million-euro in recurring services revenue, and for (ii) a product transition strategy allowing the organisation to win back customer projects worth millions.
