Creating iconic designs that resonate with the consumer is the pinnacle of building a desirable brand. Whether through industrial design or graphic design, I have the skillset that delivers.
I've designed and launched products for large and small clients in many industries. I always strive for a balance between usability, aesthetics, and manufacturability. I can happily say I’ve won a few awards, created 18 + patents and have a few FDA approved products on the market. My clients say I'm fast, professional, and a great communicator. Engineers like working with me because I have a technical aptitude that is uncommon among designers. I approach every project intending to create happy, long-term clients. I thoroughly enjoy my career and hope it shows in my designs.
Work Terms
I am very flexible and work within my client's constraints. Typically, I work on a time and materials basis. This gives the client the ability to partake in a fluid and fast paced design process, but also stop if they need to pivot.
Most product development cycles go through a 4 phase approach. However, some only focus on a single phase.
Here's an example of my 4 phase process.
Phase 1: Definition (what are we doing and why).
Phase 2: Conceptual Design (sketches and low-level CAD).
Phase 3: Design Revision (select one concept to fine tune the design in CAD and photorealistic rendering)
Phase 4: Prototyping (preparing documentation and creating physical prototype).
