To raise ordinary to extra-ordinary by executing the skills and knowledge I possess and gained from my experiences.

I have 5 years of experience in the customer service field assisting US, Canadian and Australian customers. I gained experience in handling financial, telecommunications and technical accounts. I served as a Team Support Lead and Trainer for 2 years.

When I was an agent, I often get awarded as the top agent for the contact center which also resulted to 2 promotions. I never had intentional attendance issues; you can rely on me anytime.

I am adaptable to constant and abrupt changes and flexible to different schedules. I am open to learn new things and get myself familiar with the product to provide an excellent service to your customers.

Work Terms

I am flexible and can work anytime. I prefer weekly or bi-weekly payment scheme.
