Hi! I'm an Experienced Customer Service Consultant & Data Entry Specialist for over five years. My main goal is to have a strong, long term partnership with my employer based on providing excellent service and accomplishing given goals. For me, QUALITY ALWAYS MATTERS!

As a Consultant, my task focus on:
-Answering general inquiries about the bill, promotion, billing statement, flight availability, travel rules, housing description and anything related to the services they are interested with
- Handle disputes and making sure that complete resolution is done within the call
- Go beyond the extra mile to meet customer expectation

What I learned from this job is to be "Customer Experience Oriented" rather than just providing a plain customer service. It means putting yourself on a customer’s shoes, serving them with empathy and sincerity. It also taught me how to deal with different clients, helping their business to grow with professionalism and integrity.

I also handled a non-voice account as a Virtual Assistant. My task includes:
-Web Research (using google and all tools/application needed for intensive research
-Excellent in skiptracing and contact finding (getting the right email address and phone numbers)
-Data Entry, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

I'm result-oriented, very keen to details, a great team player and can work under pressure. I have good communication skills and love talking to customers. I know how to organize schedules and set priorities to meet my deadlines. Achieving my goal brings me happiness and fulfillment.
