Eager to learn to succeed
My name is Maria Clarissa Felix, 25 years of age, currently residing in Marikina City, Philippines. I'm a supervisor for a US-based company who outsources here in the Philippines. I develop and coach agents to focus on their opportunities and improve the service they provide to our customers. From time to time, I also do analysis on why our metrics are decreasing, identify the root cause behind it and create an action plan to change the trend.
Before I became a supervisor, I've been a technical support representative from cable, internet and phone services. I was with Time Warner Cable for 2 years and Comcast for 3 years, We handle basic and advance troubleshooting.
I'm the best candidate as the past 5 years of my career in focusing on customer service ensuring that we can be of best service to our customers. I mainly focus on what would I feel if I was the customer and if every resolution I gave would give our customers the satisfaction that they deserve.
That being said, I believe I can reach my maximum potential through working for your company. Despite not having prior experience in being a virtual assistant, I am eager to learn and that enthusiasm leads me to learn quickly.
Work Terms
I can work 4 hours/day. I can be paid through PayPal or direct bank transfers. I prefer communicating through Skype, Viber, Slack, etc.
