I am knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. I also have a some knowledge in photo editing. I am a customer oriented individual and a self motivated person. I love to deal with other peoples inquiries, I was trained to be an effective Customer Service Representative, I worked in a Call Center Company for 8 years, and this is really one of the fulfilling experience that I've ever had.
