Translating, teaching and writing are my passions.
I'm an Argentine 58 year old teacher, translator and writer. I have a degree as a Spanish/English Literary Scientific and Technical Translator and Interpreter from INSPLV in Buenos Aires. Currently I work at St. John's Bilingual School in Pilar, BA. I'm in charge of the Learning Center for children in grades 4 to 6. I coach students who find it hard to acquire a second language and I'm coordinator in the Global Translator Community, Spanish section. I've already participated in the translation and revision of several MOOCs for Coursera. I'm translating the MoMA MOOC: Art and Activity: Interactive Strategies for Engaging with Art at the moment. I worked as TA for the University of Michigan MOOC: Fantasy and Science Fiction: The Human Mind, Our Modern World and for the University of London MOOC: Supporting children with reading and writing difficulties. I'm mentor in the MoMA on demand MOOC: Art and Inquiry: Museum Teaching Strategies for your classroom. I'm active, responsible and always ready to work hard. I love reading, writing, teaching, translating and practising Yoga.
