I worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost a year now. I am reporting directly to the CEO in both US and UK account. I am responsible for task management, inbox and email management, setting up an appointment, sending calendar invites for their meetings, phone management, CRM and database management, expense and travel management, coordinating with their clients for specific projects, also I used to managed their expenses and travels. I used different tools depending on their processes such as Trello, Slack, Webex, Jitzi, Zoiper Biz, Skype for Business, Zimbra, Office 365, Apptivo, Salesforce, Bullhorn, Wework, Trinet, Microsoft Office, Gsuites, and many other tools. I am comfortable using time monitoring tools such as Time Doctor and Hubstaff.
Work Terms
I can work as much as 40 hrs/week.
