• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
• Organizing the director’s working day;
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports;
• Preparing contracts, acts, orders;
• Organizing meetings and participating in them;
• Managing databases;
• Working with clients and suppliers;
• Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
• Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.
• Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.
• Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors.
•Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
•Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
•Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
•Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
•Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
•Working in CRM
