- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination
- Execute social media strategy and campaigns across core platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube).
- Graphic design editing through Canva.
- Lead the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team, acting as key liaison with department management and team staff
- Roll out best practices and processes for SEO
- Provide and/or guide strategic input for all SEO projects internally and externally
- Strategize the development of organic search marketing initiatives and execute plans to improve the visibility and traffic
- Utilize Keyword Planner and other tools to uncover the queries that are most likely to bring in high volumes of qualified traffic
- Follow on-page, off-page and content marketing best practices (including title tags, canonical tags, ALT tags, meta descriptions, backlinks etc.)
- Use Google Analytics, SEMrush and other resources to track and report SEO performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Remain current on search engine optimization best practices and the latest trends
- Coordinate with the copy team and account managers to coordinate content creation initiatives and ensure that the SEO strategy aligns with the team goals and needs
- Publish content on the website, ensuring that it is accurate and meets SEO standards
- Ensure appropriate staff utilization
