I've been in the call center industry for 10 years and most of my experiences
is been dealing with customer service and sales, Inbound and Outbound. I had worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for 2 years for an Outbound campaign/ Lead Generation. For the past 4 years, I've worked as a Virtual Assistant, setting up appointments for Real Estate and Mobile app for my clients.
