Freelance Vacation Rental Management/VA
- Handling short term rentals in the US via booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, TripAdvisor and Flipkey. The following are my duties:
- Handling inquiries, bookings, cancellations, refunds via email, phone and SMS.
- Sending out a weekly cleaning schedule through the property managers.
- Handling repairs, inventories, and restocking of each property.
I also worked for Facebook management for 2 months scheduling posts and answering DMS of my client's followers.
