I have been working since 2005 related to Technical Support with industries such as Computers, ISP and Telecommunication. I have dealt with both local and foreign clients particularly in the US and Australia.
I am proud to say that I am proficient in Customer satisfaction, troubleshooting Fiber internet, Telephony and VoIP, providing information and troubleshooting via Email and Chat Support. My extensive experience in the BPO industry has developed my keen attention to details, time management, and people skills.
I also have knowledge and a background on Salesforce, Jira, remote connection and Live Chat.
