Paralegal looking for extra work.
Currently working for a solo lawyer outside of Boston. The general practice office mostly handles real estate, estate planning, family law, and litigation. I conduct research, manage client files, coordinate scheduling, and am involved with all aspects of the real estate process, including ordering MLCs, title work and plot plans, preparing title commitments, ordering payoffs, completing the HUD, and handling post-closing matters including sending payoffs and issuance of title insurance policies.
