Experienced Freelance Teacher Recruiter and Writer

Please call me Marie. I am from the Philippines. Currently, i am working as a freelance worker providing Online Teachers for an online school in China. I have been doing this for more than three years already with the help of two more teachers who are helping in the advertising of vacancies. Aside from the actual recruitment, i also train and manage teachers.
Previously, i also worked in the travel industry for almost 10 years. Although i was making good in my job as Documentations Officer and Liaison Officer, i was never really happy. In 2009, i quit the travel industry and went on to work as a freelance travel agent, tutor and whatever work that will bring me pay. Soon i discovered that i can actually write research works and articles and that teaching and English communication is my passion. This passion led me to write several research works for local clients and clients abroad.
Today, my main job is recruitment of online teachers.Pay is good but it is seasonal. I am currently looking for a job in the following areas: Recruitment of online workers, ESL/IELTS tutorial and Research writing . I can also have a team whom i can collaborate with in case you need a job done the soonest possible time.

Work Terms

for writing jobs, payment will be based on a per page basis (300 to 350 words per page). Per page will cost 7 to 9 dollars depending on the degree of difficulty of the research topic. For tutorial jobs, it will be on an hourly bases of 5 to 7 dollars per 55 minutes lesson.
