I often performs many different administrative tasks such as word processing, filling out paperwork and maintaining records and files. Responsible for storing and filing completed information and maintaining records of work tasks and completed documents. I also relays information to supervisors and other employees through in-person contact or via telephone and email communications. Contact customers and individuals regarding information. Follow certain instructions and procedures and direct questions to supervisors. Responsible for answering phones and making copies for other employees.

Monitoring and ordering of office and production supplies.
Prepare monthly summary and periodic report.
Budget monitoring for all manpower and department requisitions.
Control, filing and arrangement of all documents and invoices.
Production support if needed.
Monitoring and updating all materials consumption during production.
Receiving all supplies and materials upon delivery of the supplies.

Prepare and submit all monthly and periodic reports to head office.
Inventory of motorcycle unit, spare parts and all branch supplies.
Receiving all m/c unit and spare parts upon delivery.
Control branch revolving fund/petty cash replenishment.
Prepare contacts for motorcycle loan and all unit sold.
Assist customers for all his/her inquiries and requisitions.
Conduct marketing strategies.
Receiving payment from customer during their monthly instalment due date.
Work Terms
