Work Terms

Project Scope:
The project scope, timeline, and cost will be agreed upon before work begins. Any scope changes may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon project completion and before final delivery.

Revisions:
Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

Timeline:
The project timeline will be defined in the agreement. Delays in client feedback may extend the timeline.

Ownership:
Full ownership of the website is transferred to you upon final payment. I retain the right to feature the project in my portfolio unless otherwise specified.

Support:
One month of complimentary support is provided after launch. Ongoing maintenance is available under a separate agreement.

Communication:
I provide regular updates via phone, or video conferencing to keep you informed throughout the project.

Confidentiality:
All project details and client information are kept confidential.

Termination:
The client may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, and the client will be billed for any additional work completed beyond the deposit.
