+ Led a support team whose mission was to provide excellent service to top Windows Store developers (those recognized for their commitment to launching high-quality and innovative apps). Was responsible for ensuring proper support coverage, quality of service, and resolution of high-priority escalations.
+ Was instrumental in determining service team size and skill sets required to run an effective operation. Created job descriptions and interviewed prospective team members.
+ Managed several business-critical projects where the output was a requirement for transitioning to a Managed Service. Some examples include reporting automation, tool identification and adoption, and process creation to meet company policy requirements.
+ Created a flexible Quality Management System using industry standards, then modified the framework to include success criteria for business objectives.
+ Created a report of trending issues, support volumes, active bugs, and customer satisfaction data. Was responsible for sending this report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to internal teams and project stakeholders.
+ Organized conferences, business reviews, and all other activities required when leading a project. Improved the quality of the operation by maintaining a client satisfaction score of 98.18% on average.
Work Terms
I am available to work Monday through Friday, with a possibility of weekends depending on urgency and demand. My going rate is $25/hr., I make every second count.
