Work Terms
Hours of Operation: I am available for projects and consultations from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT-5). I’m flexible for urgent tasks or deadlines and can discuss weekend availability on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms: All payments are processed through Guru’s secure platform. For projects over $500, I require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due upon project completion. For smaller tasks, full payment is required upfront before work begins. Payment plans can be arranged for long-term or ongoing projects.
Preferred Communication: I value clear and concise communication. I’m available via Guru messages, or Zoom for discussions and updates. Regular check-ins will be scheduled to ensure the project is on track, and I’m open to feedback throughout the process.
Other Terms:
All work will be delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline.
Revisions are included within the scope of the project; however, additional revisions may incur extra fees.
