Mariusz is a Change Manager , who has managed technical and organisational changes at global scale in GSK pharmacy corporation during their Telecommunication / Collaboration Systems Global Modernisation Program. He used to work in Outsourcing, Pharma and Telecommunications sectors for a decade, with a specific focus on Telephony & Collaboration Systems. His professional track record features technology support and management with emphasis on Digital / IT Transformation, Change Management, Project Management, IT Systems Migration, Service Desk and IT Infrastructure Management. He is very experienced in adapting and running communication channels as well as managing stakeholders from all levels of the organization.


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
--Lead Change Manager who managed the global Technology Transition & Transformation Changes for Telecommunication & Collaboration Division of GSK company as well as the Organization Changes during the ServiceNow large migration

--Acted as the ServiceNow migration Change Champion during global scale SNOW migration and implementations in the UK/USA based Pharmaceutical Company GSK

--Proactively engaged, inform and influence key stakeholders. Owned and delivered change communication plan; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format. Anticipated and managed change resistance. Coached teams

--Drove, led and implemented improvement project to the GSK company change management processes. Improved and transformed the telecommunications changes process by decreasing late backlogs to and improving KPI’s to a maximum of 100%, 0% and 0%.

--Led, planed and coordinated global project of software upgrade implementation of the (Release Process Management) Managed deployment of the global Cisco Gateways IOS Software Update project as the GSK company Owner across 80 GSK locations (only 4 incidents during the 1,5 year project).
