I’m Mariza Shiferaw Alemu, a passionate Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Representative with a diverse background spanning healthcare, sales, and administrative support. My journey has been driven by a desire to help businesses streamline their operations while allowing them to focus on what matters most – growth.

My professional path began with an intense academic focus at Southeast University in China, where I pursued a Doctor of Medicine degree. While studying, I honed my attention to detail and organizational skills, which later proved invaluable in my work. During my time as a medical intern at Kenyatta National Hospital, I managed patient records with the utmost precision and confidentiality. The experience taught me the importance of data integrity and customer-centric service, lessons that have shaped my work in every role I’ve taken on since.

In addition to my healthcare experience, I ventured into customer service roles across different sectors, including a position at Foreign Talent Agency in Nanjing, China. Here, I sharpened my ability to interact with international clients, providing administrative support and managing client communications. These experiences helped me realize that my true passion lies in helping people – whether it's assisting clients, solving problems, or providing organizational support. I then decided to pursue a career as a Virtual Assistant and Certified Customer Service Representative. This role allows me to combine my organizational abilities, data management skills, and knack for customer relations into meaningful work for businesses.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me indulging in two of my greatest passions: reading and sports. I’m an avid reader, always seeking knowledge and personal growth through books. My love for reading fuels my curiosity and has shaped my ability to think critically and problem-solve. Sports, particularly team-based activities, have taught me the value of collaboration, resilience, and perseverance. These hobbies enrich my personal life, fueling my creativity and giving me the energy to excel in my professional endeavors.
