Learning is important to me that is why I invest in my skills so I can give value to the service I provide. I'm always up for a new challenge and learning new skills. Honesty and loyalty are also very important without this one cannot work productively.

My main goal is to help my clients by taking off their plate the administrative function of their business (from data entry to customer service even their personal needs) so that they can focus more on growing and expanding their business. Most especially having quality time for his/her self, family and loved ones.

Building a long term relationship with my clients is what I am striving for. The success of my client’s business is also my success. Whether it may be small or big tasks it is my joy knowing that I was part of that success.

Administrative Support:
• File and Data Management(Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint) (Google Drive Application: Google Docs, Excel, Slides and Form)(Using Dropbox)• PDF Conversion
• Calendar Management
• Internet Research and Data Typing
• Database building (e.g. updating email or contact lists on your CRM)
• Basic photo editing using Photoshop and Canva


Email Handling:
• Email Management/Filtering/Merging/Forwarding
• Setting up Autoresponders (MailChimp)

Work Terms

I can commit 20-30 hours per week from Mondays thru Fridays and a weekly payment.
