I am an experienced American virtual paralegal and conflict resolution specialist.
I earned my Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Cerritos College (Approved by the American Bar Association). I then continued my education by transferring to California State University Domingez Hills and earned a Bachelors of Arts in Labor Studies (Honors Gradudate), as well as a Masters in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution & Peacebuilding.
I have a published legal decision (Hylland v. Doe, 126 Or App 86, 867 P2d 551 [1994)]), and I am also cited in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy (Summer 2002).
The challenges of my life paved the way for me to be a featured guest with Oprah Winfrey and Larry King.
Work Terms
My hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 6am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time. This allows me to provide my services during traditional American business hours. I offer excellent professional services at competitive rates. I look forward to hearing from you. Mark
