About

I started my career in BPO industry way back 2010 as Customer Services for a Travel and Hospitality Account. After a year, I moved to Technical Support Environment for Internet Service Provider Campaign for 5 years and got promoted as Lead (Supervisory). Shifted my career to ITO (Information Technology Office) wherein we support B2B clients, creating email mailbox, permissions and access related concern.
