I am a highly experienced engineer with more than a decade of experience in Active Directory, firewalls, and server/network administration. I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Azure. I have owned Managed Service Provider companies in the past and know how to talk to both technical and non-technical people, a skill which I've learn from many years of IT consulting.
