In my current position as an Account Manager/ Recruiter at Prague Building Services a leading Janitorial organization, I've been highly successful in securing major accounts, finding great candidates and have built strong relationships with the Community.
I believe that as a leader, the most important success factor is cultivating excellence in people. The employees you hire and train are capable of great things. It is up to the leader to unleash their capabilities in support of the company mission. It is important that they understand business goals; a how they can play a part in achieving them.
