I have worked in a variety of online industries, from publisher to advertiser over a 16 year period. I have designed marketing management systems, developed operations processes and procedures, am experienced using DFA, DFP & DSM. I am experienced analysing web and customer data using a variety of tools including Cognos, Proclarity, SQL, Google Analytics, Omniture, Effective Measure and reporting services to extract and analyse data. I am experienced with analysing financial campaign ROI and developing reports for management.
