Hi! I am Mark. I have been working in the BPO industry for five years now, starting off as an agent, and then becoming team leader.
I have experience in doing customer support for various channel: email, phone, chat and even back-office. The markets I have supported included UK, US and Australia.
My greatest strength is my strong work ethics, and my drive for perfection. If you give me a task, I always do my best to meet, and even exceed, whatever expectation you may have.
Work Terms
I only accept projects that I can or I know I can do well. I am a C in the DISC profiling, so if you have something specific in mind, the more details you can provide in your instructions, the better (and the more accurate) the result will be. I work very independently, and will only ask a question if it's absolute necessary that I ask the question.
Payment Terms: Bi-monthly and monthly are fine, as long as you have a nice reputation here in Guru. Otherwise, I'll stick to daily and weekly to avoid any potential loss.
Communications; I always check my email, so if you'd like a bi-hourly, hourly, or weekly report; or if you are sending an urgent message, emailing me is the best form of communication. I am also reachable via Skype, though I only check Skype twice a day if I am not working on any project.
