Born the son of a custom furniture designer and fabricator exposed me to the real world construction industry early in life. I followed in my fathers footsteps for many years. Mark Grumney Carpenrty, Inc. was the first corporation I developed to specifically serve the Naples, Florida, Port Royal area. In these $2-50M homes my team and I were handling every aspect from framing to trim work and specializing in custom built in units. In these projects is where my CAD skills became vital and a major contributor to my success in the industry. I was involved in an auto accident that left me unable to perform woodworking. Since my passion was for the hands on creation end of the process and not so much for the business I had no choice but to let it go. After traveling through the entire great 48 states for the past few years my wife and I have concluded that Florida is the best of them all. In that time we also concluded that starting a CAD based firm would best utilize our combined experience and skills. With my vast experience in the high end custom home development field I believe I bring a unique perspective with me into the CAD market. No matter the size of your project or the size of our firm, I will always remain personally invested in each and every project for as long as this firm is called MGCAD. My wife, Bella and I now work together as a team. I have been doing 2D, 3D CAD & Graphic Design Production for 21 years. My wife has been doing Graphic Design Production for 5 years and has joined me in creating 3D models. I create the building and she handles all of the interior aspects, filling the rooms with cabinets, furniture, window fixtures and accessories. She has helped increase production 100% by allowing me to stay focused on the structural and architectural aspects of a project. I am certain that our team will meet or exceed your expectations on every project you process through our firm.
