Mark was very helpful, he prepared and made the Moodle update and solved all the troubleshooting in a couple of days, coping with unexpected issues. Communication was excellent and easy. I'm definitely going to hire him again when needed.

Mark responded immediately and courteously. I went to sleep after and woke up the next morning to discover the job completely and beautifully done - Except - Mark did more than what I paid him for, things that were necessary that I assumed I would need to contract again later on. I cannot recommend Mark more highly.

Mark is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable resource and patient teacher! He helped us make changes but also taught us to manage them ourselves. We were thrilled to find such a great resource and will definitely use his services again!
